Some designers have been using decals to dress up walls for a while, but now windows, blinds, tables, sofas, chairs and cushions are entitled to the same treatment.

Surface Jalouse, a boutique that opened this spring in Old Montreal, melds graphic concepts with printing techniques to sell murals and vinyl collections, as well as furniture and accessories.

Antoine Al-Zawahri, Jean-Charles Bérubé and Héloïse Godin, the three designers behind this project, will print their designs, or their clients',on any surface (wood, metal, glass, plastic, vinyl, fabric, etc.) and on any household item.
